Reservations
We have customised our offering to ensure all our guest will enjoy the same experience that you have come to expect from Restaurant Interlude. We have adapted our reservation slot and seat all our guests at 18:30, to allow sufficient time for the full experience. Should you wish to join us for a drink in the bar, we invite you to do so at 18:00.

Online Reservations
Online reservations may be made up to three months in advance.
Online reservations are for up to six guests per table. For larger bookings please call us on 0871 8733363
Reservation Confirmation
Email confirmation is sent to every booking.
This will also outline our cancellation policy.
Dietary Requirements
We can accommodate food intolerances and allergies providing that these are mentioned at time of booking. However, please note, we cannot cater to any dietary restrictions that we feel may compromise the ethos of our dishes within the style and makeup of our tasting menu. For this reason we cannot alter our experience to be dairy free or vegan.
Dietary requests cannot be guaranteed without prior arrangement.
Children
Restaurant Interlude does not have a minimum age policy as all children are different - all children are welcome to eat with us from the tasting menus provided.
Cancellations
We respectfully ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice for a cancellation.
There will be a £75pp cancellation fee (unless the table can be resold).

The enchanting and romantic Grade II listed house is set in a secluded, yet convenient location close to Gatwick airport and near the beautiful town of Horsham.
With 10 bespoke charming bedrooms with their own individual decor and en-suite bathrooms.

Fullers Cottage
Located on our sister estate, Mannings Heath Golf & Wine Estate, the 17th Century four bedroom cottage offers a character-filled accommodation for up to eight guests and is just a short putt away from the clubhouse and first tee.
