The Hotel, Restaurant and Catering exhibition at the London ExCeL Centre has announced its 2022 seminar program and this year will include our very own executive chef of Interlude, Jean Delport. From 21st to 23rd March, this event is an opportunity for attendees to find out more about Jean’s exquisite culinary creations as he hosts a live cooking demo. This will be on the Staff Canteen Live Stage, where other talented Michelin starred chefs will also feature earlier in the day.
HRC hosts some of the most important hospitality professionals, chefs, and operators in the industry who will offer their knowledge, expertise, and advice to help visitors grow their businesses. Panels and presenters across four content stages will be covering the industry’s trending topics and the biggest issues affecting the hospitality and food service sectors. The topics of discussion will range from enhancing employee retention to implementing sustainable initiatives, as well as digital transformation and hospitality marketing trends in 2022.

Joining Jean Delport on the Staff Canteen Live Stage are some of Britain's most influential cooks, providing live cooking demos and insights into their methods and menus. This includes head chef of The Grill at The Dorchester, Tom Booton, and head chefs Tony Parkin and Paul Foster from Michelin starred restaurants the Tudor Room and Salt.
HRC has been at the centre of hospitality innovation for over 80 years, attracting thousands of visitors each year to test, taste, and discover the latest products from the industry's greatest suppliers. The exhibition is a chance to meet over 1500 vendors in the food and beverage, professional kitchen equipment, technology, and design and decor industries. Attendees can learn about the newest trends through presentations, tastings and demonstrations presented by industry experts and make new relationships that help grow businesses and improve client satisfaction.
