WE'RE BACK
FROM OUR ANNUAL WINTER BREAK AND FEELING INSPIRED!

The start of spring brings on new items to forage in the Grade I Listed woodland gardens of Leonardslee Estate. The gardens, with its plethora of natural items to forage, give us an open canvas in which to create bespoke, fine dining dishes worthy of a MICHELIN STAR.
